What happens if my framed print arrives damaged?
RETURN POLICY
The Gathered Garden Studio offers a guarantee that your framed print will arrive in perfect condition, or a replacement will be arranged.
In the unlikely event that your product does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact me at hello@thegatheredgardenstudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the shipping box and detailed images of the damage. I will then work with you to resolve any issues.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
As each print is made to order, returns cannot be accepted if you simply change your mind. If you have any questions or need support before placing your order, please feel free to contact me at hello@thegatheredgardenstudio.com. I am happy to help guide you.
How do I clean my Acrylic Photo Print?
Your artwork can be dusted gently with a lint-free, soft, and dry cloth (e.g. microfibre). To ensure long-lasting enjoyment of your piece, please avoid using any glass cleaning products for prints mounted with acrylic glass.
