These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products & artwork

All artworks are created by Lisa Unwin and sold through The Gathered Garden Studio.

  • Images are representative; colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Framed artworks are produced and fulfilled by professional print and framing partners

  • Limited Edition details are clearly stated on each product page

Pricing & payment

  • Prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise

  • Payment is required at checkout

  • Taxes and delivery costs are shown before purchase where applicable

Fulfilment & delivery

Orders are produced to order and dispatched by trusted fulfilment partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary slightly.

Returns & cancellations

Because artworks are made to order:

  • Returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Damage claims may require photographs of packaging and artwork

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Lisa Unwin and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
