Shipping & Delivery
Once you have placed your order, your artwork will be carefully packaged in reinforced protective packaging and delivered to you directly by WhiteWall.
What are the delivery options?
Standard Delivery:
With standard delivery, your items are dispatched with one of WhiteWall’s selected shipping partners:
DHL
DPD
UPS
TNT/FedEx
Delivery takes place from Monday - Friday and delivery times will vary depending on your order as well as the destination. WhiteWall has a shipping calculator which will give you an indication of how long your artwork might take to arrive depending on location. To view the calculator click here and scroll down to ‘Shipping and Delivery Times’ in the homepage footer. Most orders will arrive within 3 weeks and tracking will be provided by email.
Express delivery:
Unfortunately, WhiteWall do not currently offer express options for your delivery.
Where does WhiteWall Deliver to?
To view a list of countries that your artwork can be delivered to, please visit WhiteWall by clicking here, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Shipping Costs & Delivery Times’. This will provide you with a drop down list of all the countries eligible for delivery.
Shipping Costs
For exact shipping costs, please add the desired artwork to your cart and proceed to checkout, as costs can vary significantly depending on the size and destination.
International Taxes and Duties
Please be aware that once your order reaches the destination country, local regulations will apply. Your order may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by you the customer.
